about
We're in the final stage of mixing "Necropolis", the EP this song will appear on, but felt it appropriate to use our voice, however quiet or loud, to do what we can to aid with the plight of protesters and victims of systemic oppression around the country. This song in particular captures the rage and pain we feel every time something like what happened to George Floyd occurs, and the hope we have for a future in which it won't. We hope you will help support a just and righteous cause and share this song with anyone you think will listen.
Any and all proceeds from purchases of this song go to The Bail Project, Inc.
We hope you will support these organizations as individuals as well
Refs function in,
Black destruction,
Reconstruct, claim,
Equal justice,
We've been,
Patient, so long,
Just to join the,
Human races,
Centrals kept us in cages,
Color labeled,
Black the color of,
The gun that kills us keep,
Peace live from Propriety,
Tribute races have begun,
A checkpoint lane the debaser,
Toll the racer, judged inhumane,
And martial be that lane, thy kingdom reign,
Thy central profits off the gains,
Of lock em up, speak no such,
They're dangerous,
Who tends to us when blue refs come to dissemble?
It's mental,
Colors of genocide,
Races meant to divide,
(On your mark, get set go),
Kill in the name of the weapon,
Don't let my dying stop procedure,
I, the skin trigger that made you pull so eager,
It’s your call you referee,
You aren't the weapon-ed
Systems Mandible, swallowing whole our brethren and children,
Instilling a,
Fear, to take the wheel,
Steering, what's next to come,
Move round racers,
Pass one, trail one,
Move round racers,
The track, endless, so who's won,
But the teeth?
Of the mandible, chomping at the bit,
At its riving, of a unity, and the crowd roars "recommit",
You're guilty,
You, don't regulate you pull drive-by's,
Trading stakes and ropes for a gun and badge,
It's a system I will not abide,
(Weeping),
(And watching, so long),
Blue death kill us,
Conditioned to, shoot first ask questions later,
Yet just like us,
System victims,
Black the color,
Of the gun that kills us,
Colors of genocide
Race is meant to divide,
(A child in the park, departed),
Kill in the name of the weapon
Don't let my dying stop procedure,
I, the skin trigger that made you pull so eager,
Painting a genocide,
Framing it in design ,
(Spray them down like they're, just targets)
Killed in the name of the weapon,
Please don’t let my dying stop procedure
It’s that skin trigger that made you pull so eager
Such an artist when you spray
(You aren’t the weapon,
You aren't the weapon)
